Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester, UK

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Benefits Package

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday – 8 am to 6 pm

Our client, a thriving digital agency, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to join their team. This role requires a candidate with a proven history of cultivating strong client relationships, devising effective strategies to meet client objectives, and delivering outstanding customer service within the digital agency sphere. Responsibilities:

• Act as the key liaison for clients, overseeing all facets of the client relationship.
• Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans to achieve client goals and objectives.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including creative, development, and project management, to ensure client requirements are met.
• Create and present comprehensive client reports, encompassing project status, performance metrics, and suggestions for improvement.
• Manage client budgets and project timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Uphold high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital agency landscape.
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management abilities with the capability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Proven aptitude for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to achieve client goals.
• Experience working with clients across diverse industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
