Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester, UK

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Benefits Package

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday – 8am to 6pm

Our Client is a growing digital agency looking for a Customer Relations professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, developing strategies to achieve client goals, and delivering exceptional customer service in the digital agency space. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of the client relationship.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams including creative, development, and project management to ensure client needs are met.
• Prepare and present client reports including project status, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage client budgets and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and generate new leads.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong communication and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve client goals.
• Experience working with clients in a variety of industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
