Job Description: Client Success Manager

Location: Bolton, Lancashire
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Working Week: 4 days (Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their marketing goals and receive maximum value from our services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyse client campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are understood and achieved.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign progress and results.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in client success or account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
