Job Title: Commercial Solar and Battery Storage Lead Qualifier

Location: Leeds City Centre

Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000 + £35,000 OTE + Benefits

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the role of Commercial Solar and Battery Storage Lead Qualifier. This position involves managing inbound lead inquiries primarily from Google, LinkedIn, and Referral leads related to commercial solar and battery solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in engaging potential clients, building rapport, explaining our process, and securing necessary data for the quoting process in collaboration with our design team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound lead inquiries, predominantly from Google, LinkedIn, and Referral sources.
• Establish initial rapport with potential clients, explaining our processes and value proposition.
• Gather necessary data from leads to facilitate the quoting process with the design team.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure accurate and timely production of quotes.
• Book meetings for field sales representatives based on produced quotes.
• Aim to secure two solid appointments per day for each sales representative.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and convey complex information effectively.
• Comfortable working with performance-based structures and achieving defined KPIs.
• Willingness to focus on lead qualification without involvement in deal closures.
• Open to performance bonuses and potential commission on closed deals from qualified leads.
