Role Overview:
As the Director of Service Delivery and Operations, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and maximizing efficiency within our digital marketing agency. You will lead a team of talented professionals and utilize your expertise to exceed client expectations, optimize performance, and elevate our market position.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure the flawless delivery of digital marketing campaigns, aligning resources, and monitoring performance to achieve client objectives.

- Performance Optimization: Utilize data-driven analysis and insights to continuously refine strategies, enhance campaign performance, and deliver exceptional results for clients.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement streamlined processes and agile methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, adaptability, and responsiveness to evolving market demands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Creative, Analytics, and Technology, to align objectives, streamline workflows, and deliver seamless end-to-end client experiences.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading strategic discussions, providing actionable insights, and nurturing long-term relationships based on trust and collaboration.
- Innovation and Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, infusing innovative thinking into service offerings and driving differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 8+ years of experience in service delivery, operations, or account management within the digital marketing industry.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated success in managing and leading teams, driving operational excellence, and achieving business objectives.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics tools to derive insights, make data-driven decisions, and optimize campaign performance.
- Agile Methodologies: Strong familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks, enabling efficient resource allocation, workflow optimization, and adaptive campaign execution.
