    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: £23,000 to £30,000 per year

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

    Position: IFA Administrator

    We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join the team and support a high-performing financial business and its clients. As an Independent Financial Adviser firm located in Warwickshire, serving clients nationwide. As a boutique wealth management firm, they offer profound expertise across various financial areas while maintaining a personalised and attentive approach.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • In this role, you will play a crucial part in operations by executing administrative and report-writing tasks efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Conducting research and preparing reports and documentation related to investments, pensions, drawdown, SIPPs, SIPP investments, and pension transfers.
    • Collating and analyzing information for pension transfers in compliance with regulations.
    • Interacting with clients/providers through in-person meetings, telephone, email, and written correspondence.
    • Managing relevant client/provider communication.
    • Scanning correspondence/documents and archiving them appropriately.
    • Processing new business applications and transfer forms.
    • Preparing application forms ahead of meetings.
    • Monitoring the progress of new business and income payments.
    • Assisting with adviser meeting preparations, such as preparing valuations.
    • Processing surrenders, partial encashments, withdrawals, and switches.
    • Experience with software tools such as Trustnet, Dynamic Planner, Cash Calc, IO, Select a Pension, Defacto is desirable.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Ideally, you have completed or are working towards the Diploma in Financial Planning; equivalent experience will also be considered.
    • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proven experience in administrative and report-writing tasks within a financial environment.
