Salary: Up to £32,000 Plus Commission, Plus Benefits

Based: Remote Working – Must be able to travel into the office in Bury Greater Manchester when required. Monthly Basis.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the telecommunications/unified communications industry. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients and effectively promoting our telecommunications and unified communications solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential clients via telephone and other communication channels to introduce and promote our telecommunications and unified communications products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients’ requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our telecommunications and unified communications solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales quotes and proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively articulate our competitive advantages.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the telecommunications or unified communications industry.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications and unified communications products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a high volume of leads and opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
