    Annual staff holiday trips to exciting destinations: (past locations include Milan, Prague, Vegas, St. Lucia; this year, Mauritius Island).

    Position Overview:

    As a Paraplanner you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) by conducting thorough research, preparing detailed financial reports, and collaborating closely to ensure the delivery of accurate and effective financial advice to our clients. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our client relationships and the growth of our business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with IFAs to gather client information, understand financial goals, and develop personalised financial plans.
    • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of financial products, investment options, and market trends to support the creation of tailored financial strategies.
    • Prepare comprehensive and accurate financial reports, including investment proposals, retirement plans, risk assessments, and estate planning documents.
    • Assist in the creation of financial models, projections, and portfolio analyses to illustrate potential outcomes and recommendations to clients.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all client documentation and interactions.
    • Liaise with clients, as necessary, to collect information, address queries, and provide assistance in implementing financial recommendations.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, continually enhancing your knowledge and skills.
    • Collaborate with the administrative team to manage workflow, scheduling, and client communications.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role within the financial services sector.
    • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
    • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and financial planning concepts.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
    • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
