    Location: Office Based Leeds City Centre

    Salary: Up to £35,000 Plus Benefits

    Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our construction initiatives.

    Position Overview: The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the planning, administration, and organisation of our construction projects. This role requires a driven individual with a strong personality, a “can-do” attitude, and exceptional organisational skills. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met, quality standards are upheld, and projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and tasks. Ensure the timely execution of project deliverables by coordinating activities among various teams and departments.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors. Maintain clear and open lines of communication to ensure everyone is aligned and informed on project progress and any potential issues.
    • Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate necessary resources, materials, and equipment to support project execution. Anticipate potential resource constraints and proactively address them.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare regular status reports for project managers and senior leadership.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project managers. Proactively address challenges to prevent disruptions to project timelines and objectives.
    • Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that arise, applying a problem-solving mindset to maintain project momentum.
    • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve project management processes and procedures. Participate in lessons learned sessions to enhance future project execution.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also functioning effectively within a team.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go the extra mile.
    • Understanding of sustainable construction practices and energy-efficient technologies is a plus.
