Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Office Based Leeds City Centre
Salary: Up to £35,000 Plus Benefits
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

Position Overview: The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the planning, administration, and organisation of our construction projects. This role requires a driven individual with a strong personality, a “can-do” attitude, and exceptional organisational skills. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met, quality standards are upheld, and projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and tasks. Ensure the timely execution of project deliverables by coordinating activities among various teams and departments.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors. Maintain clear and open lines of communication to ensure everyone is aligned and informed on project progress and any potential issues.

Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate necessary resources, materials, and equipment to support project execution. Anticipate potential resource constraints and proactively address them.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare regular status reports for project managers and senior leadership.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project managers. Proactively address challenges to prevent disruptions to project timelines and objectives.

Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that arise, applying a problem-solving mindset to maintain project momentum.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve project management processes and procedures. Participate in lessons learned sessions to enhance future project execution.

- Understanding of sustainable construction practices and energy-efficient technologies is a plus.
