    Job Description:

    We are searching for a Skip Booking and Brokering Specialist to join a dynamic team, the North West’s foremost skip hire and waste management company based in Liverpool.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently manage skip booking inquiries from clients and potential customers.
    • Facilitate skip brokering services when necessary to meet demand.
    • Provide top-tier customer care and support, demonstrating the values they are known for.
    • Skillfully coordinate and schedule skip deliveries and pickups.
    • Apply transport planning expertise to optimize routes and logistics.
    • Foster seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in telesales, customer care, or transport planning is highly advantageous.
    • Exceptional phone communication skills and a customer-centric approach are a must.
    • Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
    • Problem-solving skills and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
    • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
