Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our solar sales business. While prior experience in the solar industry is not required, candidates with a background in heating, LED lighting, or retrofitting are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on warm business opportunities provided by the business from various marketing channels and manage the full sales cycle from lead to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solar solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solar products and services.
- Utilize qualified leads provided to maximize sales opportunities and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Conduct technical surveys, including drone surveys, to assess project feasibility and provide accurate proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in solar energy and related fields.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving six-figure sales in a field sales environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Previous experience in heating, LED lighting, or retrofitting is advantageous.
- Tech-savvy individual comfortable with utilizing digital tools and software for sales and project management.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week for client meetings and site visits, with occasional office-based work in Leeds City Centre.
