    Job Title: Solution Sales Specialist – Telecommunications

    Salary: Up to £50,000 per Annum + £5,000 Car Allowance, Plus Benefits

    Commission Structure: 25% of Gross Profit on TCV. Uncapped.

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Based: Remote Working – Must be able to travel into the office in Bury Greater Manchester when required. Bi-Weekly Basis.

    Job Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in the telecommunications market. The role involves engaging with customers face-to-face, providing them with expert advice and guidance on our services, and building strong relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential customers in the telecommunications market through research and prospecting.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice and guidance on our services.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure the successful delivery of services to customers.
    • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of competitors.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven track record in field sales within the telecommunications industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good understanding of telecommunications services, including lines, calls, networks, phone systems, hosted telephony, and Gamma Horizon.
    • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
